I chose Berry Law after I was turned away from a case that had happened while my time in the military in 2009. I worked with Jamie Bell who was ferocious at her battle for what was needed for my claim and was able to assist me in what has taken me over 6 years to attain. If you have a dead end case that anyone is else turning you away for- refile, get the denial and try them out to fight for you. I could not be happier that I contacted them and trusted them with my situation.

Deciding to work with Berry Law Firm was the best decision I could’ve made. I tried to personally navigate the VA’s C&P system, as well as use multiple VSO’s and even had a DAV case manager. None of those services compare to my experience at Berry Law. My case manager, Jacob Fry was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He took over complete control of my case and walked me through the entire process. He rebuilt my case from the very beginning and found claims that had been missed by all of my other case managers. Jacob’s tireless efforts and dedication took my case from 30% to 100% in less than a 6 month time frame. He continues to fight on my behalf for a fair date of diagnosis on all of my service connected disabilities now.
