The last thing anyone wants is to find themselves in a situation where they have to express how poor, ineffective, and unproductive their experience has been with a professional they are supposed to trust and rely on. Let me cut through the dramatics and share the final straw: it is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional for an attorney to be completely inattentive during my THIRD unproductive mediation session. When a question was clearly directed at him, his eyes were unmistakably reading unrelated emails or lines of text. I had to explicitly call him out by name just to get his attention. Unsurprisingly, he responded with a vague, arguably irrelevant answer and made no effort to redeem himself. Consider yourself warned. Hire at your own risk.
An arrogant individual with an inflated opinion of himself. He avoids communicating with opposing counsel. He escalates problems, which increases costs for the client. I do not recommend his services.
