Sometimes I lost hope,got frustrated or impatient, but Tex and his team reassured me, held my hand, and motivated me to continue seeing my doctors and proceeding with my claim. When I called Tex, I either got a call right back or an answer right there on that call. Everyone at the firm is extremely polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Tex and his firm to anyone who is injured or disabled and unable to work.
Mr. Chalkley and his entire staff are efficient, extremely competent, "get the job done" people. They are also friendly, compassionate people with a lot of patience who will never make you feel bad and are always there to help. I recommend them highly.
He didn't provide disability with my medical records, which I delivered to him on day 1. When the judge, at my second hearing two years into the case, said she was sending me out for more consultation, I faxed her office and asked her why she would do that after having received an 8-inch stack of medical records. The next day there was a call from his staff asking what medical records they should submit. I first went to him in December of 2007, and this was in December of 2009.
