Hired Attorney Eric A Dibert

I hired Eric to help me with a landlord tenant case. I am absolutely not happy with the work he provided. I felt he barely put in any effort and made it seem like me trying to go after my security deposit was “ a waste of time and effort “. I do not recommend him at all, I feel he just took my money and put in zero effort to help me.

Hired Law Firm

After they received the settlement in my case they decided that they should get the 80% share in spite of our contract. Asked to talk to a partner but they would not even come to the front to talk about it. Probably because they new they were wrong. I'm disgusted every time I see one of their commercials. Avoid them at all times.

Hired Law Firm

They had a simple case of probate which should have taken 2 weeks, it took them 9 months to do it and charged 5 times what it should have cost. They filed the wrong papers 3 times. Appalling. Stay away from this company they are not worth the hassle.

Hired Law Firm

This firm has been the least informative, least inclusive law firm I have ever had the displeasure to know. Virtually zero information regarding the progress of our case without constant inquiries by me and even then I am lucky to get a return call. They have provided the absolute minimal amount of information during a year of pursuing a case. They just forget you and make you wait and wait for any progress report. IN fact they don't seem to know what one is. Steer clear in fact Run!

They constantly change what they say to keep you from firing them IE: They lie. You never actually meet with an attorney but an assistant (met one twice in over a year). Cannot win a case no matter if you were parked at a gas station and were hit and had everything you needed IE: mri's, witnesses,911 call, police reports really everything you need to make a lock down case and unless you have VIDEO and the other guy admitting to everything then they won't even try it. Believe me I know.
