Beebe and O'Neil

I was in a car accident 2019 that was caused by a young driver and needed help with this case and I knew a great Lawyer . He had helped my co-worker’s wife that was involved in two accident’s a year before that were not her fault either. We all got great results. Thank you Attorney Dan Beebe !!

Dan & The whole team at Beebe & O' Neil were absolutely fantastic. Dan came out to see me in the hospital the day after I called the practice. He did nothing but educate me & put me at ease through the whole process. Every phone call, conference request, and question was addressed quickly and accurately. I can't speak for Mrs. Oneil but it has been an unfortunate experience to have made the mistake of doing business with Attorney Beebe. Clearly only interested in the profit he was going to recieve from the case he was presented with, coupled with a rude demeanor and general lack of respect and insensitivity, Mr.Beebe did not provide the services he promised resulting in incredible complications for my family. Our business went elsewhere and we advise you do the same.

1) The office should have been the first sign that this was a very bad selection in lawyers. Cluttered is an understatement it looked like walking into an episode of extreme hoarders. 3) After they filed the initial paperwork, I was only dealing with the clerk and my lawyer never talked to me until right before my case. I was in the office lobby waiting for over an hour. 4) When I finally was so fed up about being left in the dark and not feeling like my lawyer had my best interest in mind, I fired them the day before the pre-trial, transition was very easy. 5) A month later they then send me a bill, not itemized and specifically said on the top this is not the final bill. It was a list of services they provided with no detail of time or amounts and then at the bottom they were asking for an additional $2K above the retainer. What lawyer waits a month after being fired and then asks for $2K, they normally bill as it is due. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

Office staff incompetent, poor communication, office is seedy and dated which did not inspire confidence. Attorney himself was impatient, rude and berated me because I didn't understand his legalese. Treated me poorly. This was just a consult, I wouldn't have hired him. Stay away.

I called on Tuesday, 4/18 and expressed that the matter was urgent. Left my name and number with the receptionist. Receptionist said Nancy would call me back. Nothing. Thursday, 4/20, I send an email asking for someone to please contact me. Friday, 4/21 and still nothing. Not the law firm I want representing me at all. Extremely unprofessional and when a man answered the phone when I called the law firm, he said, “hello!” I said, “is this Beebe and O’Neil?” He said, “yes, hold on” and transferred me to a Receptionist who told me To hang on she was just getting back from lunch. Extremely unprofessional. You were warned.
