I contacted Jim Miron to help me with a workman’s compensation issue that I was denied to collect. Jim was more than eager to help me. He went above and beyond his scope of work to help me in anyway possible to make my experience easy and painless. Needless to say, because of his perseverance and determination, we won the case. Woe be the party sitting opposite to Atty. Miron in any legal dispute ! If you ever find yourself on the opposite side - bow your head - and walk away. This is because - Atty. Miron is a true lawyer and practices "Nemo auditur propriam turpitudinem allegans" - he will not take a frivolous case just for the sake of doing so. On a personal level - we have gotten to know Jim over the last three years and we consider him part of our family - also he is an amazing chess player - i have yet to win a game against him. I think if you are in the correct and someone has harmed you and you need the best attorney possible - please get Atty. Miron. Our daughter was injured in an accident while we were traveling out of state with our RV in Connecticut.
