The firm and Ken Cargill, in particular (our lawyer), is very professional and knowledgeable, honest (tells us if someone else can handle a specific matter better), informative, efficient and just an overall nice guy. Overall service was ok but definitely felt like just a number (was shuffled between different staff with little to no personal interaction) and communication was poor for being located in a small mountain community.
