However, when I submitted a proposed separation agreement she objected and instead demanded to write her own. Her form was generic and insufficient for the complexities of my case. She billed for all work at her own rate of $210-$230/hr instead of her paralegal's rate at $95/hr when most routine correspondence was done through her paralegal. She quit after the first hearing; she is a weak player.
