Counselor Fout is a very capable and professional attorney. She is personable and presents herself well. In regards to her apparent philosophy or approach to law, she seems to prefer mitigation over confrontation. Perhaps in my case, mitigating was more appropriate than what I was pushing for, but I deferred to her expertise, and in the end, it was the more proper approach.
