Kalfus and Nachman, P.C. is a law firm established in 1981 with an office in Norfolk, VA. At this office location, there are 13 lawyers practicing personal injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents and 27 other areas of law.
They were very nice, took forever to return calls sometimes though.
My son was physically attacked at school, school would not cooperate with the lawyer so he had only my son's story. The other person had 2 witness but my lawyer caught all three in lies. He got the conviction and they had to pay the medical bills.
This firm and Greg Camden were horrible at communication. When I tried to set up a call with a friend that owned an insurance company and was knowledgeable regarding worker’s compensation cases. Rather than admit they hadn’t done much for me. They decided they were too busy to represent and that’s why they weren’t able to fight for me. When you are injured and at your lowest you want an attorney that will fight for you. Not a firm that when asked to go over what they have done rather than admit dropping the ball they drop you as a client. Horrible.
Do not use Greg Camden and this firm. They will sit on your case for weeks and not do anything. When you are injured and at your lowest you want a firm that will fight for you. This firm has horrible communication and when you want updates what has been done don’t hold your breath. Not nice people and when you have been injured dealing with people that don’t care just makes it that much harder.
Needs zero stars. Judged based on age not disability's. Not friendly to veterans would not recommend
Was hired to do a car accident...likes to argue irrevelent facts w client...never really did anything beneficial to help me or my case..avoid like a plague
