Charles A. Johnson P.C. is a law firm with an office in Norfolk, VA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
I hired Charles Johnson to assist with my defense. He never returned my phone calls and messages and advised me to lie, which I thought was unethical. I found that he is unorganized and ignorant of current laws and so cannot plan your defense strategy, so I found he resorts to dishonestly making deals and bargains with the opposing lawyer to put money into his pocket, by making you take a fall and completely destroys any hope for your defense.
Charles A. Johnson was hired by me and then impersonated , and used sensitive information to to take money from my personal account. I think he should be disbarred!
He was a GAL for my children in Norfolk, 2010. He sided with the mother despite violent convict boyfriend just out of prison. My oldest daughter (then 13) was alienated from me at the time and Mr. Johnson saw 'no good reason to force her to visit her father'. Now, my oldest daughter is dead. Charles Johnson was unprofessional. Rude. Biased. Uneducated in important issues around children (such as parental alienation and the importance of fathers). Reported lies as truth without research.
