I’m not a big fan of having situations that require legal services. After all I grew up in an environment where a hand shake was a commitment and we all lived up to our commitments. When the IRS decided not to live up to Congress’ commitment we unfortunately needed expert assistance. They were professional and did what they said they would do for the cost they estimated.

I am the administrator of an intestate estate in Georgia. Things got dicey when an ex-wife of the deceased walked off with about half of the estate’s assets. That created delay and a tax exposure. Our probate law team referred me to Jason. He quickly reassured me that we had no reason for concern on that issue. If that was the end of our relationship, I wouldn’t be taking my time to write this. Following a year of action to resolve ownership of the disputed assets, the estate won. The prize was two large IRAs with no named beneficiaries. The goal was to move that sum in shares ordered by the Court in a timeframe limited by the IRS to the heirs with the lowest tax liability. Every non-tax attorney I asked (I had 4 retained at the time including two probate, one ERISA and one real estate) scratched their head. Jason’s team solved the puzzle. I paid him thousand$. He saved the heirs 6 figures of tax versus the plan laid out by a non-tax attorney. Great ROI!

I HIRE THIS FIRM TO REPRESENT ME ON IRS MATTER THE ONLY THING I GOT WAS BILLS FROM THEM, THEY COMPLETELY OVERCHARGED ME WHICH RESULTED IN NOTHING BEING DONE, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM THERE ARE PLENTY OF ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE
