Mr Watson helped me purchase the Condo in 2009 (47 Billie Ellis Ln, Princeton). He did great job and I hope he will be able to help me sell my Condo in December 2016 and solve problem that I have.

I am very disappointed in the service provided by Dumont & Watson, P.C.. This firm was used for a real estate transaction and the service did not meet expectation. Firstly, the lack of attention to detail is quite disturbing for a law firm. A few examples: (1) incorrect figures circulated to opposing counsel which presented significant risk to me if executed (2) paralegal was unprepared during calls and I also had the same interaction noted in client review dated August 21, 2020, where the paralegal requested to resend email multiple times (3) incorrect closing date on closing memo (4) missing documents at closing. Lastly, they were unable to negotiate final figures on this transaction and presented me the option to “take it or leave it”; a better option was negotiated outside of counsel in order to complete the transaction. Overall, I would not recommend this law firm.
We used this law firm for a real estate deal and were extremely disappointed by a few things. 1. The lack of attention to detail. An example: I had sent over a signed document and the paralegal followed up asking me to send it over, right on top of the email where I had sent the document. I understand emails can be missed but I sent a follow-up response telling her I sent it already and attached the document again and yet she STILL ASKED FOR THE DOCUMENT. (It was literally in the attachment of my previous email. Twice.) 2. The price for the value. We have worked with a few different lawyers on things like this and this law firm was by far the most expensive. This was actually a pretty easy, seamless process so it didn't make sense for the fee to be as high as it was.
