Keith was recommended by 2 long time clients of his. He helped us with estate planning. My wife and I were impressed with his professionalism, compassion, and his ability to explain each step of the process. He listened to our desires for our estate. He then advised us on how the documents could best reflect our priorities and care for our family in the future, for generations to come. I highly recommend Keith Brown.

My wife and I needed help in preparing and updating our estate plan documents both in 2013 and at present in 2020. When it came time to update our documents, Keith and his staff were able to accommodate us in a pinch. His knowledge about estate planning was exactly what we needed when making the updates pertinent to our present circumstances. We felt comfortable asking him whatever questions came to mind, and he was able to provide us with thorough answers while finalizing our documents accordingly. All in all, it was a good experience, and we’ll continue using him going forward.

Hired to do estate planning documents, took 10 months to complete. After receiving/discussing 1st draft indicated I would receive a draft with requested revisions in a week. Also received a bill which I paid promptly. After 2 weeks I inquired on the drafts, was promised "next week". This went on for several weeks, "next week" came/went. When I asked why the delay after 7 months, rudely said "I wasn't his only client". It took the pandemic that shut everything down to get the revised documents. Neglected to make some changes I requested, added things and did not tell me. I had to start over reviewing them, had a lot of questions because it was like new documents. After a couple of phone meetings, he got annoyed, said "most clients don't ask questions", rushed me through finishing up, charged me more because I was taking up too much of his time. summary: didn't listen, annoyed by questions, gave me cookie cutter documents, didn't have my best interest, I'm not an important client.
