Kevin T. Kutyla graduated Seton Hall University and University of Dayton Law School. In 1992, he passed both the New Jersey and New York State bar exams. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald B. Graves of the New Jersey Superior Court from 1992 to 93 and has now been in private practice for over 30 years.

In 2014, he was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation held by only about 2% of the attorneys in New Jersey. This certification is indicative of his hard work, attention to detail, and how he goes above and beyond for each client whose cause he advocates.
