We worked with Josh Ribner and Hillarie Pilier-Hernandez on the sale of our Brookline condominium. This was an extremely quick transaction - three weeks from offer to closing. Josh was very responsive in getting agreement on the P&S and Hillarie was very effective in smoothly arranging all the details for the short closing. Our attorney with Gilmartin Magence (Angelica Gonzalez) was very thorough and of great help with our closing. Could have been more responsive particular in the final hours leading up to closing, we would have appreciated more time to review the HUD-1 statement (at least a full 24 hours). Otherwise no complaints and would happily recommend.
Not so knowledgeable but arrogant and difficult to work with. Will not provide clear answers to anything and talk in circles or defer to other people. Provides service for a fixed rate and will do whatever easiest resulting in the least amount of work for him instead of doing what is in the client's best interest.
