Craig Aron Burgess

I have had the good fortune to have Craig Burgess represent both me and my medical group for the past several years in his capacity for general recommendations on patient care and malpractice issues as well as experiencing his defense expertise personally in a complex trial setting. I was able to witness his insight, perception and his ability to think and act on his feet. He was extremely skillful in trial and did not miss any subtleties. Craig represented me in a recent case. I had never been to court before so he did a great job explaining the whole process beforehand. I felt very well prepared to testify. Craig had clearly investigated all possible angles of the case and had reviewed all the relevant records with a fine tooth comb. He was able to easily reference deposition or past trial testimony on the spot to immediately recognize any departures from past testimony. It is always unpleasant to be called to court but his caring and extremely competent representation and clear communication made it much more manageable. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing a great lawyer.

Craig was my trial attorney. He was more prepared, more attentive and more knowledgeable than the plaintiffs attorney.
