At Carey Leisure & Neal, we put CARE first! Our firm has been serving Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Hillsborough countries for over 20 Years. We advocate for those injured due to someone else's negligence.

Our firm traces its roots back to 1984. In March of that year, Tom Carey founded the predecessor of the current firm in Clearwater. He had lost his wife, Joni, to a drunk driver one year earlier, and became an activist in the fight against drunk driving. The firm specializes primarily in Personal Injury claims involving Auto Negligence, Pedestrian Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Wrongful Death and Cemetery, Crematory and Funeral Home Malpractice. Serving Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Hillsborough Counties, the fully staffed firm handles cases within the entire state of Florida. Hands down the best experience. I was in an automobile accident and the staff at Carey Leisure and Neal were phenomenal. You could always hear a smile through the phone when the receptionist answered, the paralegals that worked on my case were very helpful and diligent, and the attorney assigned got things done. My questions were always answered promptly and I was kept in the loop through the entire process. I will definitely call them again if needed.
