I have been a paralegal in NL County since 2000. I went to WSP for a disability issues knowing their amazing reputation. I was fortunate to have Atty. Woods as my attorney. She and her asistant, Suzanne exemplified knowlefge of the issue, professionalism, dedication and reliability. Atty. Woods worked closey with me and kept me informed throughout the process. In 8 months, I received a fully Favorable Decision!!!!! Awesome. Also, both Atty. Woods and Suzanne understood the personal component of a new disability label and were sensitive and compassionate to the emotional and psychological effects of being disabled. It was a very pleasant experience working with Mr. Johnstone. He is very professional but he also has a laid back easy-going manner which makes him very easy to relate/talk to.
He put his own personal interest ahead of the interest of his client. He was not truthful about a situation and outright lied about witnesses and competency of an individual signing a critical document.
Lost my disability case and the VERY FIRST call to a different law office and they told me i wasn't even seeing the right type of doctor...now why didnt Karen Woods know this and make me aware when i brought my case to her??? Amanda Pink
He was the executor of my father's will and tried to cheat the love of my father's life out of the money he left her. The very first thing Charlie did when he sat me and my brothers down after my father died was suggest we only give her half what my father had left her. He also caused fights among my brothers and I. It got to the point where my younger brother, who was not talking to me at the time, had to ask Mr. Anderson to stop smack talking me because it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Unethical and incompetent.
