When I wound up with a ticket recently, I contacted Zev who kindly and patiently explained the hearing process as I had pleaded not guilty and was planning to go to traffic court and explain my mistake. Zev told me I would wait several hours (!) and still get 2 points on my license. He took care of it for me and not only was the fine less than I had anticipated, but I received no points!
