I recently used the services of the Kellis office & I left completely satisfied with my results. They were proffessional, always willing to answer questions, & they worked extremely fast inspire of inclimate weather that hit eastern NC, which slowed down many court functions.
Of the four lawyers I spoke with prior to employing Mr. Kellis, he was the only one who was optimistic in his ability to obtain a favorable outcome on my behalf. Although he asked for a higher fee than the others, I felt it was reasonable based on his planned strategy and it was definitely worth every penny in the end based on his overwhelming success. Mr. Kellis and his staff, especially Miss Janice, were very pleasant, professional, and helpful at all times. I recommend with high confidence.
I asked the Kellis Law firm to handle my traffic violation. I specifically asked the assistant Malik not to ask for a PJC as my case was reduced to a unsafe movement before the court date. The first court date was continued to September and it looks like Kellis's office forgot everything we had discussed back in July and I received a notice that I was given a PJC. I'm very disappointed that nobody reached out to me and discussed this before the court date. I also had to call the Kellis in the first place to learn that my case was continued. I never received any feedback or communication. This is not how you should treat your clients. Hopefully this review can help others not to do the same mistake I did by using Kellis Law Firm.
I paid this attorney before my case was handled, and he never contacted me at all. I had a court date and he never showed up for me, so the judge issued a warrant for my arrest. I never even knew I had a warrant for a failure to appear. I went twice a month for five months to his office and made payments; he nor any of his employees never once told me I had an FTA. I was pulled five months later for speeding and was arrested and put in handcuffs and drug to jail for an FTA. Such irresponsibility! I do not recommend this worthless excuse for an attorney.
