Their fee was, to me, too high for the amount of work done.
They are a good company and get the job done. They have many places for customer support and drop offs. My biggest problem was there lack in returning my calls and keeping me informed of what was going on with my case. Sometimes I felt as tho I was working for them rather then them working for me.once we got everything clear we had a good relationship and the outcome of the case was more than I expected.
Service was slow. I had to prompt him to follow up with insurance company. Final results were disappointing.
A. Eggers was great, however Kevin didn't do what I asked now I'm suffering with my injury.
I been a client since September and its January 27th and nothing has been done about my automobile accident. I called up there and they act like they forgot all about my case. then they give me a story that the case worker is no longer with them like its my problem. I'm still driving around with a messed up car and haven't even received help from them towards getting my car fixed! They definitely are NOT with you all the way!!! i would of been better off doing alone! very unsatisfied!
I was not satisfied with the performance and timeliness of the company. If I had not constantly followed up with them, my claim would still be pending. I wish I could start over with another firm.
They are really unprofessional. i spoke with three different people at this firm. it seemed like no one was speaking with each other there. I had to repeat myself several times. The intake specialist was very rude and unprofessional. she rushed me and she did not let me clarify anything. once I let her know that I find it odd that I need to repeat the same story multiple times to the same law firm she ended the intake immediately. do not waste your time with this law firm. I wasted a week with his law firm when I could have been with another law firm that could actually help me. I would give them zero stars but since I'm not able to I will grace them with one star.
Hired the firm back in April. Have never heard from them. I always have to call to check on my case and they still have not gotten me into a dr..
Giant pile of garbage. Don’t trust this law firm. Very shady and rude. Tried for days getting ahold of their firm manager Tracy. Refused to answer my calls, even when the front desk said she was present and transferred my call. Take my business elsewhere. State should investigate this firm
