She wouldn't return any of my phone calls for 3 weeks while my family member that I hired her to assist in getting a possible suspended or furloughed sentence stayed in Williamson County Jail in lock down. She was paid $800.00 for this service. I received NO service for this fee and when I requested she return the money, She again won't respond to my numerous phone call and emails. I hired another attorney who was able to get my family member furloughed in 10 business days.
Called Attorney and requested update on process from Ms. Bloodworth's assistant - Attorney has not responded within 4 weeks - that is one whole month...there is always a new excuse...sounds as if her office is in total chaos...her cellphone voicemail is full...very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I hired her in Feb of 2010. It only took her one day to cash my check. It is now sept 2010. She doesn't return email or phone calls, has lost paperwork twice, sent wrong paperwork twice, gets snobby with me and my ex the time she did talk to us. All she was suppose to do was do a modification on custody. This women has no idea what she is doing. She won't return my money ad I cannot afford another 750.00 for another laywer.It has been a long 7 months. She is not a professional.
