I contacted Morgan law over 2 years ago for a denied claim. The entire process moved at a snails pace and I understand different rules and regulations can cause these cases to move a little slower. The best client experience I had was with Vanessa my lawyers assistant until today where she pretty much called me a liar when I stated that Morgan law made mistakes with documents during processing. See below screenshots, they don't proof read or review drafts before sending or facing. Them sending unsigned documents will ensure a delay in the process. The lawyer didn't communicate with me at all except for maybe a few emails back and forth where I basically had to provide him talking points to influence my case to be addressed with integrity. I think Morgan law has spent less than 8 man hours on this case over 2 years but they have no issues taking 16 thousand dollars from me with no courtesy adjustments for their mistakes which caused delays for me. If you want help, go somewhere else!

If you're into playing games this is the law group for you!! What a bunch of nasty and dismissive people, once they get money they ghost the client... STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY the only way to get a person is to call as a new client and then they leave you on hold for over half an hour in hopes you'll hang up
