Hired Attorney Ernest Ricci

I am forever indebted to Ernest Ricci for his drive and determination to help my family in a lawsuit that was tearing us apart financially and emotionally. He recognized this distress and made the final push to counsel, persist and finish a trying time for all of us. James Boatman and his staff handled a foreclosure issue with my home. It took many years for it to come to a close because of the unique situation. Through all this time I had peace of mind that things were being handled professionally and promptly. I had to put my house up for short sale. The realtor told me I did not need a lawyer when foreclosure documents came in the mail. Wrong move. I was seriously behind the 8 ball with one week till a court date. I called the Boatman Law firm and spoke to Mr. Boatman personally. He was most knowledgeable and guided me through the steps that need to be taken. Foreclosure was withheld saving me a great deal of money. Mr. Boatman has integrity and compassion. I have been a Medicare provider since 2006. During a change of business location in 2010, my billing privileges were suspended due to what Medicare claimed was untimely notification of this change. Attempts to resolve this situation on my own was time consuming and unsuccessful. That's when I decided to seek legal assistance from James Boatman. They were able to reinstate my privileges without any gap in coverage within 3 months. I would highly recommend this office for Medicare related issues.
