About Sharla L. Evert

Ms. Evert has been an attorney since 1995. Her desire to seek justice for children led her to work with organizations dedicated to combatting child abuse, first as an intern, and later as a Staff Attorney in Washington, D.C.

Upon returning to California, she served the San Diego community as a Deputy District Attorney. As a prosecutor for 16 years, Ms. Evert handled matters ranging from DUIs to Capital Murder. Along the way, she also became immersed in Juvenile Delinquency / Dependency. As a Deputy District Attorney, Ms. Evert has been considered an expert in the areas of Juvenile Justice, Identity Theft, and Complex Fraud. She now brings her expertise as a tireless advocate and skilled litigator to Family and Estate Planning Law.

A native San Diegan, Sharla currently resides in Murrieta, CA, with her two teenage children, and their four dogs.

Hired Attorney

Anonymous... I should of posted this a long time ago. I am very very very disappointed in the work she performed. She never called back, took months for a call back. She never got the paperwork into the courts on time so everything was ALWAYS put back. She did maby a $1000 worth of leg work and I paid her some damn good money. She was referred by a circuit judge who is a very good friend and the judge was shocked by her imcompence which I am still very good friends with i told my friend everything she did no do. I hired another lawyer and they actually got the job done. I would not recommend her at all. I could go on but this review would be much more then a 100 characters that I am allowed to write. Bad lawyer
