Not only is this woman a scammer, she's also incompetent. Charged well over 10k for 3 months of excuses and whining. She was too busy with a leaky door and caring for her elderly mother to actually do anything right. When a new attorney was consulted, we were advised how to correctly proceed in our active case and told to sue her as well. They were appalled at the incomplete and sub-par work she had done. We have paid nothing more than our initial $2500 retainer in 6+ months with them, And have gotten more help and support than she would ever offer. 1 stars all around, but 2 in responsiveness. Because she will harass you weekly for more money- and require it be paid in cash or PayPal using the friends and family option to skirt the required fees for businesses. The only person I'd ever recommend her for is your soon to be ex- because she's perfect representation for losers!

I am writing this review after an unprofessional and horrific experience via this law firm who inserted themselves into my litigation unbeknownst to me. I lost my home via a scam where I was persuaded to sign over my Deed to my ex in laws as part of a divorce settlement where I waived everything to keep tax documents out of Court. Wells Fargo were aware of the deal and the closing broker from the bank even text me about the known agreement in 2022 when a Will appeared 8 days before a fire. Wells Fargo said they could not be involved as it was a civil matter. We had subpoaned this lady who perjured herself at my trial. This firm, who presented themselves as appointed by Wells Fargo, spoke to my attorney (who ended up working for others) and said Wells Fargo were representing this lady. Much more ensues. But my attorney then lost their names, said it was only ever via calls and accidentally now emailed me that he had emailed this firm my private exhibits to Dianne Bettino and much more

Hired Law Firm

This law firm is one of the worst out there. They've harassed me for years on behalf of Apple filing nonsensical DMCA complaints with hosting providers all for a website that is perfectly legal. I have reached out to Justine Lee both by phone and email at least 20 times over the course of 3 years or so and have yet to ever get her on the phone or a reply to my emails.
