Hired Attorney Robert Wolle

Bob Wolle did an excellent job in representing me and my husband with our bankruptcy proceedings. He was very thorough and explained everything to us several times to ensure we understood what to expect and what information was needed. He was very helpful & knowledgeable of laws pertaining to my case. I appreciated his candor & honesty in helping me with the court proceedings & just being able to stand & face the judge & explain the circumstances for the accident when I was so nervous. I was able to get the ticket reduced.

Fathers..... DO NOT!!! hire Robert and his paralegals for family law. First, it seem they blew through my retainer ($5000) by just filling out paperwork (parenting plan etc..) I didn't like the appropriations of funds but o.k. Then asking for more money ($3000) to adjust the parenting plan? O.k I guess, in a certain way I take responsibility for that. So then we get a pre court date. The other party already agreed to the parenting plan, so less work for Robert right? I personally would've like him to fight for a lower child support agreement but instead he beat a dead horse for 20 minutes of my 30 minute court date!!! In this court he referred me to the other parties last name 3 times. Granted I'm the male and we were never married so she never had my last name. They snickered over that. He didnt even remember who he was representing!!! Plus I felt the whole court appearance was a lost!!! On top of that they needed $7000 more when i fired them!!!! Waste of money!!!! 0 stars if I could

I'm not a fan of lawyers and Michael had all the stereotypical smooth talking, insincere, "I'm your pal" characteristics that drive me crazy. Nothing personal against him, he got me the settlement for what I expected, in about 4 times the amount of time I thought it would take. His office staff was maddeningly unresponsive. Several times, while in his waiting room, I heard paralegals tell the front desk to tell callers that they weren't in. Firm is too busy with too many cases.
