Hired Attorney

During a two-year probate case, Mr. Dodds completely failed to communicate, return phone calls or return e-mails. I was typically transferred by the receptionist to his paralegal who would tell me the lawyer would get back to me. He rarely did. I eventually had to hire another attorney, who was able to expedite the case. The consequence was that the probate judge, in essence, fined me for "negligence" in my duties as a Personal Representative, due to the extreme amount of time the case took.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
