I found David Wolf's number in an Ad on the dangerous dog website. My dog had just been attacked by a neighbors dog (1300 in vet bills so far) and I needed some advice on what my options were for getting my neighbor to reimburse me the cost. David responded promptly and thoroughly to my inquiry.
