Working with lawyer was very successful in my obtaining a higher disability rating by VA. He is knowledgeable in VA law to allowed me to increase my rating on my disability. He made me comfortable in dealing with doctors and VA officials.

When you have some odd requests its important to work with the right people. Carlo took the time to listen and dig deep with important questions to make sure my concerns were adressed in the documents, while still guiding me with the advice and insight needed to understand and revise my requsts to be what my intentions are, but within the constraints of legal doccumentation. I highly recommend Carlo not only for end of life legal planning but business law as well. This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

My husband passed away last month & I honestly felt lost. He was only 64. It's actually hard to think straight after such a devastating loss. So after that, I wanted to make sure my wishes were known and finalized so my son doesn't have to worry about anything. No one likes to think about preparing for such a heartbreaking situation, but it really helps and gives you peace of mind. I now have a Last Will & Testament, Financial Power of Attorney & Health Care Power of Attorney with Guidance for End-of-Life Treatment. It is a huge relief to know that it's all taken care of. I am trying to make it as easy as possible for my son. Mr. LaMonica also advised me to make sure my name was on the deed to our house in case I was thinking of selling. My name was on the deed. Again, another sigh of relief. No one likes thinking of preparing for such a heartbreaking loss, but I feel better knowing it will make it a lot easier on my son if anything were to happen to me too. Thank you.

Mr. LaMonica and his secretary Maria are both very friendly and helpful, and made the process very easy. Carlo was accommodating and agreed to meet me at the health care facility where my mother resides in order to complete the necessary signatures.
