Hired Law Firm

I had a very tough family matter to endure concerning the estate of a great aunt and this law firm really helped me in many ways. They are right on top of the law and they always were responsive to my many questions and worries. I asked around in the area what law firm to hire because I do not live in NC, and this firm was mentioned several times. They do in fact deserve the excellent reputation they have.

Hired Attorney Wesley A. Collins

Wes Collins assisted my family in a complicated court battle over the control of my mother's assets. The circumstances were stressful and difficult. Wes is a strong and tedious attorney and notwithstanding a long litigation we had a favorable result. His law firm is one of the very best in Eastern North Carolina.

Andrew recently helped settle the estate of a family member and he was supervised by Mr. Harvell. Andrew was confident and knowledgeable. He followed through with each and every promise as did the law firm.

I needed a strong lawyer with short notice and I was referred to Mr. Harvell. I felt very comfortable with this attorney and I know I got good advice. My questions were answered clearly and the work was detailed. I have no regrets. If you need a good lawyer, then Mr. Harvell is a good one.

I am forever grateful as Cecil Harvell made estate planning a positive experience. He spent much time explaining options and guided me in making productive decisions. He is both professional and extremely knowledgeable.........and most considerate of his clients.

My Uncle who had no children had a very complicated and taxable estate. I sought the advice of this law firm several years ago and I must say they guided me through the entire process. I live also in Raleigh, NC and they are as good as any lawyers in the State.
