My brother passed away 2 years ago. I was sent certificates of Appointment of Administrator one month after they were issued along with a letter that said they will contact us on their use. I was never contacted. I was never told they had to be used within 6 months of their date of issue. Went to use them a couple of days ago to close my brother's bank account and could not because the 6 months had passed. They don't respond to my phone calls.
