Hands Down the best lawyer in the state! Mr. Cohen has taken my cases without hesitation & always has managed to win all of them! This time i got charged with driving 90 on a 65 & after giving Mr. Cohen my case, all charges were dropped & no points on ny drivers license or on my insurance.

So I received a speeding summons in Monroe. The officer used “speed estimation”(no radar or laser), as his excuse to write me a summons. He claimed I was doing 79 in a 45, which is absolutely absurd. But in his effort to try and appease me, he said he ONLY wrote me for 59/45. Anyhow, Mr Cohen was able to get my summons totally dismissed, which I’am absolutely thrilled about. Kinda sticks in the the face of the cop who wrote me the bogus summons. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
