Did not give a free consultation as advertised on the web site.With out a sizable case they appeared not interested for there was no bodily injuries which pay more. Evidently!?!

Yes so my lawyer Nick at Vandergist never called me on time, never showed a seriousness to my matters and he tried to get me the lowest amount possible, despite telling me I would get more. He told me I would not have to pay any more to a car loan because all they were going to get was what he said they would get. Then left me hanging with a bill from the car place. Vandergist will try to get you the lowest amount possible so they can get their money and be done with you. Completely unprofessional from their team!

Mr vanderganst is probably one of the most disingenuous liars I have ever met for an attorney I would never spend any money hiring him as your case attorney ever just a complete waste of time the only thing he is concerned about with your case is how he can rip you off without you finding out just a total piece of s*** liar as a matter of fact I hope I run into him sometime because I'm going to make him fully aware of my grievances personally when I see him find any attorney but this guy total scumbag thief
