Hired Attorney Mr. Jon Welborn

Deceptively nice guy until you get to know him, but poor attorney. Filed a motion to withdraw with false facts, withheld filings from other side for over a month, and lied on an order submitted to a Superior Court Judge. Also has a DWI from his days in Statesville as an attorney. Other local counsel in Mocksville tell me that he has failed to show up in Court for his clients. Wish we had known this before we called him. Ethics complaint being filed with NC State Bar.
