Hired Law Firm

Matthew E. Moore is extremely unprofessional. He returned my phone call about a question I had involving my case and had an attitude because he wasn't getting what I was trying to say. When I told him I didn't need the attitude he hung up on me. If you need to speak with one of the lawyers I recommend the other two lawyers because they actually have people skills.

Hired Attorney Mr. Matthew Moore

I contacted Mr Moore about my case because they wanted to increase the monthly payment. When I tried to explain to him I had already caught up the payments he got an attitude and was very argumentative. When I asked him not to give me attitude he hung up the phone and will not reply to me now. Sadly they are already paid and I can't really do anything about it. He has zero people skills. I would recommend using the firm he works for, but use the other two lawyers.
