I would highly recommend Dennis Lind. He is highly ethical, honest and knowledgeable of the law. He and the staff at DML have always been polite and very helpful when I have had questions or concerns. I have been a client for 5 years and feel very fortunate to have DML as my attorneys.
I did NOT hire this firm. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with reception explaining my matters. Only to wait a week and receive no updates or calls back, so I called them. Sure enough, I got the tired old ridiculous claim of being "too busy." Three Montana attorneys with a combined 120 years of experience told me firms who claim to be "too busy" are not being truthful, and instead simply do not want your case. It is with this in mind, I feel as though this firm lied to me. Clearly, they have no shame in wasting potential client's time, and clearly don't mind being dishonest, either. Perhaps I should start billing law firms for my time, since I have had these issues repeatedly, and it takes calling hundreds of law firms to find 2 or 3 that may accept my matters.
If I could leave a negative rating, I would. The quality of service was on par with a lower-level attorney, and not that of a high-quality firm. They were more concerned with their fees (and they received a LOT, and in a timely manner) than with going an extra foot, much less an extra mile, to ensure success. Their representation and strategy were lackluster and pedantic. The attorney we had did not have a dream in his head. If you want a fighter, keep looking. These are "gentlemen" lawyers.
