I would not recommend Anita Kain because she came to mediation totally unprepared and incorrect documentation and did not represent me well. She was totally unprofessional and delegated my case to junior staff but charged me for full costs for her services.
A complete thief! Do not waste your hard earned money!! Gives very poor advice and wants to drag on the file when there are ways easier ways. Very poor communication and was always unprepared in court, not knowing the file and incorrect in the facts presented to the judge - quite embarrassing.
I was billed for work that was not completed. In addition to that, I was mislead about how the proceedings work, I did not wish to continue my case and was duped into moving forward with proceedings because at the time I lacked the knowledge to realize I had the choice to move forward or discontinue. Very much taken advantage of for more money
