She explained everything to us - good or bad. Very importantly, she never ever lied to us. To her further credit Jessica was able to negotiate settlement via mediation instead of the costly, time consuming court system and, she completed the mediation settlement in 1-day! I would not recommend Anita Kain because she came to mediation totally unprepared and incorrect documentation and did not represent me well. She was totally unprofessional and delegated my case to junior staff but charged me for full costs for her services.
The only thing they are good at is charging tons. They did a bad job but charged me full price and said they would sue if I didnt pay.
A complete thief! Do not waste your hard earned money!! Gives very poor advice and wants to drag on the file when there are ways easier ways. Very poor communication and was always unprepared in court, not knowing the file and incorrect in the facts presented to the judge - quite embarrassing.
Stay away from this firm !!!!!. I used them for my family law case. They only care about the 'Money'. They have no considerations toward the case. In one of the instance she actually she went against my interest knowing very well how damaging it will be to me. She always demanded more money without doing anything. She will not even appear for the court date unless and untill you pre pay her, In one of the instance I forgot to pay her upfront and she never started the process and it failed.
I was billed for work that was not completed. In addition to that, I was mislead about how the proceedings work, I did not wish to continue my case and was duped into moving forward with proceedings because at the time I lacked the knowledge to realize I had the choice to move forward or discontinue. Very much taken advantage of for more money
