Zach was very helpful on a difficult long-term disability case after my insurance company disputed my health conditions. He was very organized and kept me updated throughout. I was glad to have his expertise on my side when it came to negotiating with the insurance company, and we got a satisfactory outcome in the end.

I may not be the easiest client to work with, I have frequent questions and comments which can be challenging for some professionals. Zach was very patient with me and recognized that I am very much a part of my legal team. My personal feeling is that workers comp is not designed to be fair to the worker. Zach was able to listen to my frustration. Often just listening is as important as the outcome. In the end, Zach was able to settle my case in what I believe was the best possible outcome.
