Hired Attorney Blake Bauer

Three years ago, my husband suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed and disabled. His long-term disability claim was denied, with the reason being that the stroke was linked to pre-existing conditions, even though strokes can occur due to numerous factors. I decided to appeal and contacted several law firms, but none were willing to take the case, stating that we wouldn’t succeed if the claim was denied for pre-existing conditions. However, Fields Law Firm stood by us and fought tirelessly on our behalf. Thanks to their efforts, and with special gratitude to Blake Bauer, we were able to secure compensation. Working with Blake and Kate really was a pleasure. Even when I was pretty down in the dumps and not the most pleasant of people, they took it in strideand and were understanding of the stress I was under. Hardworking and compassionate are some of the great qualities they have but it's their knowledge and determination is what was so helpful in winning my case. I'm so grateful to them. Blake Bauer won my case! He never stopped caring for me as HIS client. He treated me with compassion. When I felt down, he was always there for me. My case was regarding carbon monoxide poisoning from employment. This went on for a year and a half. I was denied benefits and Blake Bauer fought for me and my rights as an employee. He never backed down and knew my rights. When things would go a certain way from opposing council, with his knowledge he would fight back and he won my case!!!!
