Danielle Bird did a great job and she was very aggressive on getting things done. I was always informed what was going on. Very personal and especially when she was going through a maternity on leave. Still worked on my case no matter what. She is a true warrior in my opinion. When you as a client are suffering from the injustices from your work place, work comp, insurance you need someone who will fight for you like a "wolverine". I was recommended to see or contact Susan Holden after a hit and run in November 2025. It was the first time I had ever done this - contact an injury lawyer. Dot, her assistant was quite nice, called right away, requested for me to put all documentation including police report, insurance emails , grant permission for medical calls etc into their portal (which took quite a while). Since I would not be able to pay money if they lost, by my request, Susan sent me an email stating they would first see if I had a case before starting. That was very much appreciated. Then - total silence. Never again did I hear back from them. I called, left vm and sent an email. They were very pleasant - well until I am sure I did not have a case. So - I cannot give opinion on how they work, value etc.- just on a human level. I wish I was granted the courtesy of denial vs just ignoring me. That was not necessary. A simple no, would have been decent.
