My father had been disabled for several years for back pain and wasn't 'qualified' by SS. He's very depressed and we were looking for a lawyer and was given Mr. Greeman's lawfirm. I'm very pleased with the results and I know my father is too. We had a good experience working with the staff and Mr. Greeman.

I had just came home after being in HCMC for over a year and a half. Here they had said that I couldn't qualify and that I could appeal. The paperwork that they send is so confusing. I was going threw so much at the time. They sent someone to my house to help me with all the paperwork. There is no way I could have done the work that they did for me. It took awhile but in the end He did win me my case.

Having James Greeman represent me in my disability case was a step in the right direction. He was very supportive and understanding of my case and I, and I didn’t feel unwanted like I have before with other lawyers. He was very patient and answered the questions I had before I had even asked them. Even though my case was denied a few times, he never quit or gave up and continued to fight along with me; I highly recommend him.

I made it hard for them and Greeman-Toomey stuck with me and my case time after time. When it came time for the hearing they were more impressive than I could have hoped making it almost impossible for anyone in the room to not agree with our case. They didn’t just do what I asked but really dug in and got me what I deserved.
