**Warning: Do NOT Trust This Law Firm!** Absolutely the worst legal experience imaginable. This firm took my money with false promises, only to drag their feet for **over two years** before finally filing a motion—**with glaring errors**—that completely sabotaged my chances of getting my case resolved. **And to make matters worse, they never even told me why the motion was denied!** Their incompetence cost me valuable opportunities, and their lack of accountability is beyond infuriating. From day one, they assured me they’d handle everything efficiently, yet all they did was stall, make excuses, and ultimately fail in the most important part of their job. The moment I questioned their delays, they either ignored me or fed me false reassurances. When they finally got around to filing, their careless mistakes proved they weren’t paying attention at all. Then, after the motion was denied, they didn’t even have the decency to explain why—leaving me completely in the dark.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!, all they want is money, at the moment of my interview, paralegal didn't know to do or say, ( she didn't know my case at all )(it was first time I saw her), not responces to my calls or emails, my case was denied thanks to this firm. then I contact a direrent firm to try to save my case and after a couple of months I got my greencard. Believe me, I saw Mr. Revilla at the moment of first interview and first payment, after that, no more answers, check their reviews online, too many bad reviews means they are NOT GOOD, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
I gave one star because it's the minimum, but this law firm deserves less. Their customer service was terrible everything changed once they got my $4K on 04/19/22, to start my VAWA case. I also spent $900 on psychology appointments they recommended. When I needed help with affidavits, they gave no guidance. It was hard to contact them, and after I left a negative review, Maria Soledad Bardelli emailed, saying they wouldn’t help me unless I removed it. I deleted it. After getting married, I requested a quote for adjustment of status. I asked on 05/30/23, but they only responded on 10/22/24, after 21 emails and calls, quoting $8K without including lawyer support for the interview. They credited only $2K of the $4K I initially paid, claiming they worked on my case, though it was never submitted. Avoid law firms like this.
Not recommended horrible experience and service. The staff is unprofessional and it is a nightmare to get into contact with anyone in this office. I recommend you go someone else where you will see results.
