Great experience, and I would definitely recommend Beatriz to anyone looking for a family law attorney, she is very understanding and is very connected with her clients . I live 400 miles north from Dade county but my case was being handled in Miami and Beatriz was able to represent me as if I was local. I always spoke to her directly, never an assistant, and she was always available to speak to me at anytime. Emails, text, or calls were always answered immediately. She understood my financial situation and was about to help me stay within my financial budget to help pursue my case. She was great guidance's in explaining everything that was going on with my case.

Attorney Zyne, walked into a mess and difficult case and she appeared to know even the smallest details of the case as if she was in it from the very beginning. She is very sweet, cares about her clients, approachable, listens clearly to her clients desires and is very straight forward to avoid wasting any time. Organized with her plan of action. She really cares about her clients best interest and goes out of her way to do so. I transferred to her from a previous attorney. I have interacted with other attorneys prior for different issues and know a good attorney when I see one. I did a good amount of "attorney shopping" before switching. She is a little spit fire in court (puts up some really good boxing gloves). Very, very prompt in communication!

Unfortunately, I was billed excessively and my case never even moved. Retainer depleted on initial pleadings without even obtaining service on the other party. I don't recommend as better service was obtained at another firm with a more humane approach. Not to say Betty isn't a great attorney, she's just too expensive and not very personable to me.

She is very unprofessional, had my case for 2 years never took me to court charge me $4000 for no help.

Overcharges for the beyond poor service and lack of knowledge. Tricks you into telling you that she is researching your case, but in reality because her lack of knowledge on her advertised fields, she is studying up the basic principles of law that apply to it. Something a lawyer should know already, and charges you for it. In other words you sign up legal counsel, but in reality you are paying her to learn how to be one. worst lawyer for the money and she charges like a seasoned attorney.
