They are very unethical. They were handling my divorce and I kept having to give them more money for going to court which they didn’t go because it kept getting canceled or double booked. It is ridiculous. Then I sold my house and had them put it in a trust. Well my divorce was finally over and they gave my ex her portion but they won’t give me my money. They keep saying that they get to keep it for their fees. They are very unethical. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Mr. Smith represented a party against me on a criminal charge. He advised & aided them to fabricate a false charge with no evidence. He has been disciplined by the Arizona Bar
This law firm is ran by criminals. They took my entire retainer and when they realized they were about to be fired they came up with 6,000. In fake charges. Lindsay shouldn't be practicing law, she had little knowledge of the law and provided wrong advise on several occasions.. if you want a large hole bug and bad advise this is the place
I was charged a extreme fee for little service. I paid more for her to counsel with others than I did for the actual documents to be completed. It would take days and/or weeks for her to return information and phone calls. I was not represented in a professional manner. She did not fight for my rights but wanted to give in to unfair compromises, non that I agreed with.
