Every time I was calling my attorney's office and had to leave messages with his secretary, she was very slow to returning calls or not returning calls at all. I had to call the main office and get my attorney's private email address and send him emails directly to him that I finally was able to get some results. Took almost a year to close my case.

I have never in the 1.5 yrs that they have had my case actually received correspondence from my attorney. They have dropped the ball on some paperwork which causes my disability claim to take longer which ensures them more money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD GIVE 5 NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. This firm let me know they were "withdrawing" by certified letter, AFTER i incurred a huge medical debt. My doctor agreed to wait for payment as I told him i was being represented by a lawyer..Once this firm decided to "withdraw" they treated me like i didnt exist. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I kept being passed off to multiple lawyers, legal aids and such..
poor communication.. I got to meet someone and another person arrives....
long drive into phoenix for crappy results, they should come to their clients instead of us coming to them...
