I have had the privilege of working with Jason Hedman Esq on two occasions. He is an excellent probate lawyer conveniently located on Merritt Island. Jason's communications are clear, concise, supportive, sympathetic, and, most important, timely. It is a pleasure working with him and his staff during such a difficult process. If you need a probate lawyer I suggest you contact him.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Hedman is an excellent will probate litigator. His knowledge in this area of law speaks for itself. His honesty and communication throughout the case made for a very comfortable attorney client relationship. His tact in handling this case involving family members made the process less painful in which would otherwise be a difficult situation. He is highly recommended for anyone seeking counsel in this area of law.

Mr. Hedman was a pillar of strength, compassion, and knowledge for my sister and I during a extremely difficult time. He spoke with us extensively to ally our fears and explain the legal process we will have to pursue. He then referred us to an highly experienced expert in the area of partition lawsuit litigation. And refused payment for the hours of time he spent with us. Mr. Hedman is extremely intelligent and a man of impeccable integrity. I would trust him with any thing.

Hired Attorney

Most unprofessional! Just a money grab. After two consultations he never advised that he would only mediate my case instead of litigate, as I had requested. He never advised that he was not licensed in NY, explained challenges of jurisdiction and statute of limitations or advised that he would only handle 50% of my case before transferring me to someone else. Just a pathetic unprofessional performance.
