I hired Robert to handle my divorce case and it was the best thing I could have done for my children and I. He was not only aggressive but got the job done. He was always there to answer any questions throughout the process and he explained it in a way that was understandable. After a long court battle he was successful and showed great confidence. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.

Attorney Plantz successfully and aggressively helped me in a paternity action where I had been dealing with an extremely difficult and irrational mother for years. To see his confidence in court was amazing. You could truly tell he knew what he was doing. Worth every penny I paid to him which was far less than I expected. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

I was referred to Attorney Plantz by a friend, who happened to be an attorney as well. Because the attorney didn't practice what I needed, I called Robert. First off, his office staff is excellent! Since they are your first point of contact, I do believe that it reflects on the attorney. So my first initial encounter with them (first phone call and meeting) I was very surprised on how helpful and professional they were. It made the process so much easier to handle! The first time speaking with Robert on the phone, he seemed ready and very calm. He let me talk first, which made me feel he genuinely cared about my situation/case which I knew would be a messy divorce. Understatement. He guided me throughout the whole process. He didn't sugar coat anything and that was something that I really respected. He was definitely on MY side. He did everything he said he would do in the time that he said it would take. In fact, he did the whole "under promise over deliver" and yet again gained my trust and respect . I didn't have to call every day wondering what was going on because he told me at the very beginning, that if he ever needed anything from me he or his staff would contact me. When I did call to speak with him, he either took the call right away or called me back within 24 hours. I received emails from his office with any reminders of court dates or anything from the court. They say that people who help you or "bring the light back in your life" you remember forever. Well that is what Attorney Plantz has done for me and I have been referring anyone who needs a Family Law Attorney to him. If you are looking for an educated, aggressive, honest and trustworthy attorney, I strongly recommend hiring him as your attorney. And a bonus point on his part..he has really really nice suits.

Just stop your search right here. Attorney Plantz delivers results-efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was his ability to resolve matters while minimizing time in court, saving both stress and expense. When courtroom work is required, he has a strong command of the facts and a clear strategy in place. Any anxiety I had in the courtroom was gone as soon he began making his case. Attorney Plantz is the one you want on your side. Grab him before the other party does.

After dealing with an extremely contentious and difficult divorce for nearly 2 years, Attorney Plantz took over my case and I'm so glad he did. I don't think many people can say they got exactly what they wanted or thought was fair in their divorce, but I can, and I'm still in (happy) shock now that things are finally over. Getting divorced is scary and stressful, and since I filed, all I wanted was to get things done and divided up quickly and fairly. He kept my expectations realistic and never made crazy promises just to get me to file more (aka pay him more money) like so many other lawyer do. He talked me off a ledge more times than one (I can be a little anxious lol) and showed compassion as well as always staying professional and above board. I cannot recommend him enough!

The first time I met Mr. Plantz, I liked how confident he was. I came to him with the hope that I could win full custody of my child, and just his attitude made me feel like I was in good hands. I did have some issues with him contacting me back at times, but in the end he won my case by pushing it in to emergency court, and took my child out of an unsafe environment. I liked his straight talk approach, and ability to communicate to me exactly what was happening with my case. I definetely made the right decision hiring him as my lawyer.
